Farmville for iPhone automatically connects to Facebook (So you need a Wi-Fi connection or a 3G connection). So Famville addicts w/ iPhone needs to download this at the iTunes store. BTW, it’s free.

The next Tablet that will take on the iPad is Samsung Galaxy Tab. As you can see in the picture, it will use the same OS that was use in Samsung Galaxy S (the one on the side of the tablet).

The confirmed specs is that it will have a 7-inch 16:9 capacitive display, Front facing camera, 3G w/ HSPA, microSD card slot, Bluetooth, Wifi & 3.5 mm audio jack. The 7-inch capacitive display will most like be TFT instead of Samsung’s Super AMOLED and it might have a resolution of 1024 x 600.

I think it would also have a snapdragon processor since it’s the bigger brother of Galaxy S. This one is a great competitor for the Apple iPad.

Yesterday, Asus announced their own pad that will compete against Apple iPad called Asus Eee pad. It will be equipped with CULV processor and windows 7 and there is also an Eee pad that will be equipped with Windows Embedded compact 7 which haven’t been announce yet, So here it is, Windows Embedded compact 7

Windows embedded compact 7 is less powerful than Windows 7. This is mostly use on handhelds and other portable gadgets. It is nice to see that this is already touch optimized and supports multi touch and other gestures. The thing that I love here is that it support Adobe Flash 10.1 and a media player which has a lot of codecs.

Google has officially canned Microsoft PC’s from it’s employees around the world. Google has decided this since it can’t afford the security risks using Microsoft Windows with their employees.

According to a source, Google is giving their employees the choice of either using Apple Mac OS X or Linux. One employee says “Linux is open source and we feel good about it, Microsoft we don’t feel so good about.”

Google is also encouraging their employees to use the company’s own Chrome OS if possible.

The same weekend that eager European, Aussie and Canadian customers were finally able to get their hands on Apple’s iPad tablet thingy, the company announced that it had sold 2 million of the portable devices since its launch in early April.

If true, this rate of sale would surpass Apple’s 2007 debut of the iPhone. Of course the iPad does have the advantage of not requiring users to be AT&T subscribers.

After being delayed weeks because of high domestic demand, iPad went on sale this past Friday in Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Spain, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. This coming July, nine more countries will get their iPad’s.

The 9400m was also replaced by GeForce 320m which is faster and better but 320m does not have a dedicated memory too like 9400m. 320m performance is 1.8x faster than its predecessor. The new macbook white also has extended battery life which can last up to 10 hours and has 1000 charge cycles.

Microsoft made a major leap skywards this week with the release of a cloud-based version of its Office software to businesses called Office Web Applications. The move to the cloud, where applications and information is hosted on remote servers rather than privately owned computers and databases, is the latest paradigm shift in computing.

Microsoft expects customers to adopt the new version of Office. At the fastest pace in the software’s 20-year history, helping reverse a sales slump and fend off competition from Google’s Web programs. The new software from Microsoft version has been tested by 8.6 million users, more than three times as many as any previous version. Microsoft Office improvements include editing photos in Word, using video in PowerPoint, collaborating on documents and connecting e-mail contacts to Facebook information.

But the biggest change is Microsoft’s move into the Cloud allowing users to manipulate documents stored on remote servers from anywhere where Google has been setting the pace. The new Microsoft Office costs $100 to $500, depending on the features.

Every New Microsoft Office 2010 is small and revolutionized. Microsoft Office 2010 is Associated with the new Windows 7, the lastest and best-known office suite so far. Mostly all applications for Microsoft Office 2010 use the familiar ribbon interface, introduced in the 2007 version. The Office Button have been completely renovated, instead of a menu, it opens a panel that fills the entire window.

Microsoft 2010 changes are quite striking and come in bundles. A good example of this is the paste preview, it lets you see how it will insert the text before while translation tools and screen capture will help you improve your documents. The Excel program comes in mini charts, small summary diagrams which are easy to integrate in the text. The Outlook brings the talks and has a button to delete redundant text, while the Powerpoint Program can insert videos with embedded player.

The real star of Microsoft Office 2010, however, is the free web version of their applications, which integrate seamlessly with the desktop version. In addition, Microsoft Office 2010 is more stable and light, something that many users will appreciate.
