Missing Link Revealed: Australopithecus sediba – A newfound candidate for the immediate ancestor to the human lineage has now been revealed by researchers, named Australopithecus sediba. The Australopithecus sediba was accidentally found by a 9-year-old son of a scientist. a juvenile male and an adult female were discovered in a cave the two has known each other in life but have met their demise by falling into the remains of the cave. Preliminary results from scans of the extraordinarily preserved male skull now show the presence of what could be fossilized insect eggs and a brain remnant. The Hominid Skull was found in a stone matrix where the fragile fossil was kept intact and preserved.

This is only the second time ever that a complete skull of a hominid was examined using powerful synchrotron radiation, with the first being the 6.5-to-7.5-million-year-old Human Liked, Chimped Liked Biped “Toumai.” Still the study is still an ongoing process the aim of the study of the teeth will be to see if Australopithecus sediba is still developing like other australopithecines or if its development is already showing a tendency toward Homo genus also referred as the Human Lineage. A 6,000-year-old lost city is found, the prehistoric town of Tell Zeidan. First in the Latest Archeology News: History Unfolding is the Prehistoric Stone Seal, The town that had remained untouched beneath the ground near Syria for 6,000 years is now revealing clues about the first cities in the Middle East prior to the invention of the wheel. This red stone seal with a deer carved into red stone was unearthed in the prehistoric town of Tell Zeidan. The seal is similar to one found 185 miles to the east near Mosul in northern Iraq.

Baked Clay Carvings seven-inch-tall female figurine is from the Ubaid period and is made of baked clay. It was uncovered at Tell Zeidan, a prehistoric town that had remained untouched beneath the ground near Syria for 6,000 years.

WWII Plane Curtiss Sb2c Helldiver Remains Found

News about a Curtiss Sb2c Helldiver that crashed in Oregon last March 18. Details below

A Curtiss Sb2c Helldiver has been found by loggers in Oregon Coast today. Reports have been coming from various news sites that this particular Curtiss Sb2c Helldiver was used during World Ward II. The location where the wreckage was found is not too far off a naval air station. Coincidentally, a Curtiss Sb2c Helldiver was reported to have crashed way back 1948. The wreckage was never found.

Authorities believe that this is the Curtiss Sb2c Helldiver that crashed 62 years ago but they will still need to confirm this. Investigators are also looking for human remains but so far none was found. Up to this day, nobody knows who was flying the plane and if they survived the crash.

The Curtiss Sb2c Helldiver was found by a logging company on March 18. The area was very inaccessible to most methods of travel so apparently this could’ve contributed to the plane not being found. The logging company immediately informed law enforcement when they found the wreckage.

So far, authorities said that they have recovered the plane’s tail, wing, and landing gear.
